FAQs About Dishwasher Installation

Do you remove the old dishwasher?

Yes.  We disconnect and remove your existing dishwasher before installation your new one.  We also haul away the old dishwasher, unless you request that we do not. 

How long does dishwasher installation take?

Most dishwasher installations are completed in 45-90 minutes, depending on the scope of work.

Can you install customer-supplied dishwashers?

Absolutely!  Whether you purchased your dishwasher from a local retailer or online, we can professionally install it.

What if my new dishwasher doesn’t fit the existing opening?

If your dishwasher doesn’t fit, you may need to order a different size and reschedule your installation.  

Do I need to be home for the dishwasher to be installed?

Not necessarily, but we do recommend that someone 18 or older is present at the beginning and end of the appointment so we can answer any questions.  

Do you test the dishwasher after installation?

Yes! Every installation includes an operation and leak test, to make sure that everything drains and works properly.
